Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AWEnterprise BN to capture your event. Please review this policy carefully before completing your booking. By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. 1. Non-Refundable Booking Retainer A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your event date and time. Your event is NOT officially booked until the required retainer has been received. The retainer is applied toward your total event photography balance. ALL BOOKING RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 2. Remaining Balance The remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline provided for your event. For events requiring significant travel or advance expenses, full payment may be required before AWEnterprise BN travels to the event. Final photographs will not be delivered until the account has been paid in full. 3. Event Coverage Time Your photography coverage begins and ends according to the time reserved in your booking. For example, if you reserve photography coverage from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, your scheduled coverage ends at 8:00 PM. Delays caused by the event starting late do not automatically extend the photographer's contracted coverage time. 4. Additional Coverage If you would like the photographer to remain beyond the originally scheduled coverage period, additional photography time may be purchased when availability permits. Additional time must be approved by AWEnterprise BN and may require payment before extended coverage begins. 5. Client Cancellations If the client cancels the event or photography services, the booking retainer will NOT be refunded. Any additional payments used for non-recoverable travel, lodging, rentals, permits, or other event-related expenses may also be non-refundable. 6. Rescheduling If your event date changes, contact AWEnterprise BN as soon as possible. Transfer of your existing retainer to a new date is subject to photographer availability and approval. If AWEnterprise BN is unavailable for the new date, the original retainer remains non-refundable. Repeated date changes may require a new booking retainer. 7. Travel & Out-of-Town Events Travel fees are separate from photography coverage unless your package specifically states otherwise. Travel expenses may include: Mileage and gas Parking and tolls Airfare Hotel accommodations Rental vehicles Baggage/equipment fees Other reasonable travel expenses required to complete the booking Applicable travel expenses must be paid
