Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AWEnterprise BN for your photography needs. Please carefully review the following policies before booking your session. By booking a photography session and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Booking & Non-Refundable Retainer A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your photography session date and time. Your session is NOT officially booked or reserved until the required retainer has been received. The booking retainer will be applied toward the total cost of your photography session. ALL BOOKING RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment deadline provided for your session. Final edited images will not be delivered until all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Cancellations If you choose to cancel your photography session, your booking retainer will not be refunded. Any additional non-recoverable expenses that AWEnterprise BN has already paid or incurred specifically for your session may also be non-refundable. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your photography session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Your original booking retainer may be transferred to your new session date when proper notice is provided and the rescheduling request is approved. Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may require a new booking retainer. Late Arrival Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled photography session. Your session begins at your originally scheduled start time, not at the time you arrive. If you arrive late, the lost time may be deducted from your photography session. Additional time is not guaranteed and, when available, may require an additional fee. No-Shows Failure to appear for your scheduled photography session without prior communication will be considered a no-show. No-show clients will forfeit their booking retainer and any applicable payments already made. A new booking and new non-refundable retainer may be required to schedule another session. Editing & Image Delivery AWEnterprise BN maintains creative discretion regarding the photography and editing style of your final images. Final images may include professional adjustments to lighting, exposure, color, cropping, contrast, and other elements necessary to create the finished product. RAW/unedited images are not included unless specifically agre
