Cancellation Policy

By booking videography services with AWEnterprise BN, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. BOOKING & NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER: A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date and time. Your booking is NOT confirmed until payment is received. The retainer is applied toward your total balance. ALL BOOKING RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PAYMENT: The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided for your service. Final edited videos will not be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Travel or large-event bookings may require full payment before travel or coverage begins. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Cancellations do not qualify for a retainer refund. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Last-minute or repeated rescheduling may require a new retainer. COVERAGE TIME: Coverage begins and ends at the scheduled times. Late event starts or client delays do not automatically extend coverage. Additional recording time may be purchased when available. TRAVEL: Travel fees are separate unless included in your package. Additional charges may apply for mileage, gas, parking, tolls, airfare, hotels, rental vehicles, and other necessary travel expenses. EDITING & DELIVERY: AWEnterprise BN maintains creative discretion over editing. Turnaround time varies by project. Rush delivery may require an additional fee. RAW/unedited footage is NOT included unless specifically agreed upon and may require an additional fee. REVISIONS: Only revisions included in your purchased package are provided. Additional or major revision requests may result in additional charges. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: Clients must provide accurate addresses, event times, schedules, venue restrictions, and important recording details. AWEnterprise BN cannot guarantee footage of moments occurring outside the scheduled coverage period or when access is restricted. SAFETY: AWEnterprise BN reserves the right to stop services if threatening, abusive, illegal, inappropriate, or unsafe conditions occur. COPYRIGHT & USAGE: AWEnterprise BN retains applicable copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial or third-party usage may require additional permission or licensing. By submitting payment and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
